Determination of population for calculation:

  • Certified staff will be determined on primary job records on APECS Human Resource System
TT – teachers
HM – Horace Mann teachers
A1 – 12 month administrators
A2 – 11 month administrators
A3 – 10 month administrators
  • Active employees will be those with “B” records
  • Sum of all minorities need ethnic codes for minorities divided by total staff (active B records with a primary job)
