Determination of population for calculation:

  • Staff will be determined on primary job records with a “B” as active on APECS Human Resource System
  • Job Class will be determined from APECS Human Resource System
  • Sum of all minorities need ethnic codes for minorities divided by total staff (active B records with a primary job)
