When: Given each spring, compiled and distributed in May

Determination of survey: Survey originated from Blackhawk Collaborative for Educational Innovation (BCEI).  Survey has been used for six years.

Staff complete surveys in school using an online survey system.  Online survey window is opened and controlled by Technology Department.  Compilation of responses is completed by the Technology Department and submitted to Superintendent.

Determination of baseline score, current score and goal:

Scale of scores ranges from 1 to 5. One is Strongly Agree and two is Agree. Three is Neutral, for and five are Disagree and Strongly Disagree. This score is determined by the percentage of respondents that give a response of one or two to each question (Strongly Agree and Agree). Scores are accumulated for all responses to the five questions listed above by each group surveyed, then averaged.


Comparatives: As this survey was created by District #41, the only comparatives are past year’s scores.

Trending:
Six years of data are available to determine a trend line.  

Data Fields necessary/main source of entry:  Survey completed online.  Technology Department compiles results and submits to Superintendent.
