          Each statement contains prior year along with current year.
          Summarize if trend is positive as related to expected or negative (+ or -).

Report frequency:   Monthly

Responsible for metric:  Associate Superintendent of Operations and Quality

Distribution:  Cabinet, Principals, and Board of Education.  Available to Community through Board Agendas on Web site.

When:  Within 30 days after conclusion of a month

Data source:  APECS financial system, trial balance (BBDTBP), revenue by fund-function (BBDRFF), and expense by object (BBDEOF).  Reports are located in Excel workbook located at Comptroller/monthly reconciliations/monthly financial report.xls
