Distribution:  Cabinet, Board of Education, Community, Building PBIS teams

When:  Two weeks after the completion of a month

Trending:  Prior year and current year, as data develops, trend for three years.

Data fields necessary:  ODR fields – Out of school suspension days field

Data entered by secretaries at the schools.  PBIS internal coaches run monthly reports for school.  PBIS Coordinator runs monthly report for District.

The data are downloaded by Diane LaMaster from SWIS database. They are filtered to list students having OSS's assigned. Divide the number with OSS by total building enrollment. Subtract from 100% to obtain the percentage of students with no OSS.
