Now is the time to register for the 3rd Annual OmniPink Volleyball Games!
As a service-learning project, the WJHS Student Council and the Quad Cities affiliate of the Susan G. Komen foundation are teaming up to host its 3rd Annual OmniPink Volleyball games. The single elimination tournament will take place on Saturday October 27th at WJHS.
The OmniPink Volleyball tournament is a traditional volleyball game however; the standard-size ball is replaced with a big pink OMNIKIN volleyball.
Proceeds from the event will be split between the Quad Cities Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen foundation and WJHS Student Council. Register today to get a FREE t-shirt for each player on a team! –Registration deadline is October 5th! Last year’s event raised more than $2,000, with more than 300 participants. Let’s make this year even bigger!

On November 18th and 19th Washington Junior High School will host the Volley to Support Diabetic Research (JDRF) Double elimination Omnikin volleyball tournament.
This is very similar to the DIG PINK tournament in October, so those who participated with have some experience 
.
Teams are $50 with a maximum of 10 people per team.
It’s going to be a lot of fun and I hope you can make it 
.

Thank you to everybody who participated in the DIG PINK volleyball games! With your help we raised $1,500 for the QC affiliate of the Susan G. Komen foundation.

To guarantee t-shirt before tournament: September 16th.
To get t-shirt after tournament: September 23rd.
