WJHS – Cheerleading Tryouts At RIHS For The 2012-2013 School Year

FOR DAILY ANNOUNCEMENT: MONDAY Through FRIDAY April 30 – May 4^th

ATTENTION 8^th GRADE STUDENTS:

Tryouts for next years’ Rock Island High School football and basketball cheerleader squads and for our ROCKMAN Mascot will be held on Friday, May 11th starting at 3:30 in the High School Fieldhouse. 

Clinics will be held on Tuesday, May 8^th; Wednesday, May 9^th; and Thursday, May 10^th.   The Tuesday and Thursday clinics will be from 3:30 to 5:30 and the Wednesday clinic will be from 2:30 to 4:30.  All students who plan to attend Rocky next fall and would like to be cheerleaders or want to represent our school as the ROCKMAN must attend at least one of the clinics to learn the cheers and stunting requirements that will be used for tryouts.  Dress for cheering.
