Junior ROTC

Students involved in Junior ROTC not only have the opportunity to learn new skills, but they also have the chance to travel throughout the Midwest. About 90 cadets enrolled in the Junior ROTC program for the spring semester. In March, the cadet drill team will travel to Ohio for a competition. Next, the drill team if off to Chicago for a competition in April.

Junior ROTC gives students the opportunity to develop leadership skills and to build strong friendships. The program presents cadets with an overview of Aerospace related subjects throughout the semester. Learning important life skills such as teamwork also helps cadets to be better citizens after high school.
