Rock Island High School is pleased to send ten musicians from its various music departments and sub-programs to the 2013 ILMEA All-State Conference in Peoria, IL.

Welcome to the Rock Island Band Page.   It is our hope that this blog will help parents and students be up to date on all the things that are happening in the Rock Island band program.   On this site you will find information on each group and our staff.   Make sure you check the front page for big general announcements and information and then on each individual page will be more specific information to individual group.

Competition Schedule

The Pride of Rock Island Marching Band attends many competitions in the state of Illinois. We’re currently outlining our schedule for the 2013 season, and will post it here when it is finalized.

A Family

The Rock Island Band program has a long history of excellence. While we’ve won our share of hardware and commendations, such things have never been our goal. Presenting ourselves in the best way possible, regardless of venue, is paramount. We will perform.
