Student Transfer Applications for 2012 – 2013 School Year

Student Transfer Forms will be available for parents to complete in the school office during the fourth quarter. The deadline for completing an application for each child is Friday, June 1st. You must have an interview with the principal upon completing the application. Interviews are being conducted on Wednesdays from 2:15 – 3:45 by appointment only.
