Your Rocks Swim team ended its historic making season with a spectacular performance at the IHSA State Swimming Finals this past weekend which featured 562 swimmers and 101 high schools.
Charles Holliday became the first Rocks swimmer to make it to the finals since 1997 and placed 5th in the 50 yard Freestyle with a new school record of 21.04, which also earned him the status of All-American. He also Placed 13th overall in the 100 Freestyle. The 200 Free Relay of Daniel Rodriguez, Josh Fleming, George Pappas, and Holliday placed 25th overall. They also placed 20th in the 400 Free Relay. Also Daniel Rodriguez in the 100 Butterfly placed 43rd. As a team your Rocks placed 28th overall.
