The agenda and minutes are posted as Adobe Acrobat PDF files. All district computers have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to open PDF documents. Large files will occasionally fail to open in a browser because the browser will time out before the file finishes downloading.

If the file doesn’t open, you can try downloading the file first. On a Macintosh, this is done by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking the mouse on the link. A menu will open on your screen. Select “Save Target As” to download the file. On a Windows computer, this is done by right-clicking on the link.
