I chose as an ongoing process this year to improve my communication between home, school and community.  This quarter, I am hoping to implement more technology into this process.  I have set up a small computer lab in our classroom to help our students integrate technology into their daily studies, as well as have the ability to access this website.  I hope it will be a learning experience for all of us.

Tuesday: A visitor from the Putnam Museum is coming to tell us about the world of dinosaurs.  Do you think she might bring a fossil?  What is a fossil?  The secret word this week is fossil.

Friday: Student Council will be having the drawings for the gift baskets.  A note went home last week about this fund raiser.  Tickets cost $1 for 1, $5 for 6, and $20 for 25…. there may be a couple more choices of amounts.  There are lots of neat prizes.  I will try to send home another reminder on Tuesday.
